As a System Developer for 24 Years consulting with both Fortune 500 Companies and small entreprenuers, Paul brings years of working with the "user" and now uses that learned patience, calmness and technical know-how to instruct students in the art and science of Contact Management. With many years developing Databases, Paul also knows the technical aspects of manay software applications and integrates this know-how into his instruction of Outlook. His humor and patience contribute to making Class enjoyable for all.

 

Kira Wagner

Working in Customer Service for the last 3 years with a background in Electronics and Video, Kira wears many hats at The Software Magician. She is an Analyst, Developer, Customer Support Representative and Instructor. Her extreme patience, support and kindness contribute both to the efficiency and smoothness of classes given.
